We begin with what you are experiencing

You may be feeling anxious, exhausted, disconnected from your body, stuck in survival mode, unable to rest, easily triggered, or simply unsure how to feel like yourself again.

We meet you there.

Our work is gentle, grounded, and body-led. The aim is to help you release stress, build by where you are on the day. nervous system support, reconnect with We use them as tools to support what your body, and find practical tools to help you support yourself in everyday life.

How we support you

Sessions may include TRE, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, grounding practices, gentle movement, energy medicine, coaching, and nervous system education.

You don't need to understand these modalities before you begin.

We use them as tools to support what

your body and nervous system need in
the moment.

A body-led approach

Your body holds wisdom. Sometimes talking is not enough. Sometimes the body needs space to breathe, soften, move, tremor, release, rest, or simply be witnessed without judgement.

That is why our sessions are not built around a fixed formula. They are guided by where you are on the day.
