

My Story
For many years, I lived in survival mode- carrying stress, overwhelm and the weight of everyone else's needs. My body was speaking to me, but I didn't know how to listen.
Through my own healing journey, I found powerful tools that changed everything: body awareness, breath, movement, and gentle nervous system support.
Now, I help others-especially women navigating stress, burnout, ADHD, peri menopause, anxiety and depression reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel more aligned and alive.
